You might still be questioning if counselling and psychotherapy is right for you, you might be wondering how to become unstuck, exploring identity, wondering how to improve your mental health, reduce or quit your drug use, or maybe even wondering how to have more fulfilling sex; regardless of what might be pre-occupying your mind, talking to someone who understands can make a big difference. I continue to work in the community seeing doctor referred patients and community members to this day alongside my private practice.
I am here to show up for you, to use my professional knowledge, my experiences, and skills to challenge you, understand your situation better, and find new ways of coping. Our time spent together can look many ways, ranging from more supportive conversations to the use of psychotherapeutic interventions; however, it will always be a strong, collaborative, partnership to pursue the changes you wish to make.
